Great service–very trustworthy in our experience, and great feedback from friends who have used them. The parents (in another state) were able to schedule transport for family members near Anaheim when the parents couldn’t be there in person. Sunny provided door-to-door attention and frequent status updates, so no anxiety.

Wish they were in more cities. And wish we could get treatment like this for elderly relatives who need personalized attention.

Favorite transportation in LA area, reliable and punctual. I have used them 4 times now. Each time now they have been very friendly and helpful answering questions. We found out they also do drives to stores. We are definitely doing that next time we go to Disneyland to stock the hotel room with essentials for our stay.

Pressed for time and with new fire code requirements to meet, many vendors were simply too busy and unwilling to offer help within the impending deadline. Tom got in touch with me had we chatted briefly about the challenges we are all now facing as a result of recent changes. Despite being crazy busy, he still offered to squeeze in a couple of properties for me. At the last minute I had to cancel since apparently someone else covered it for us before he was going to handle it. However, I will definitely be calling again when its time to set up fire alarm system checks for the next set of buildings (with more advance notice, of course!). Not every vendor is willing to bend over backwards when you’ve never worked together before. We need more people like this!

We used Sunny’s Transportation twice for private vehicle transportation to/from John Wayne International Airport. Excellent Service! Impressive vehicles! This is now the only service I’ll use in the LA area. -Mark
